A CASE STUDY
In 2017 my company's parent company, PacteraEdge, developed an internal appraisal system. After two years, there were lots of complaints from employees about how it functioned, it’s difficulty to use, and the whole evaluation process itself.
In early 2019 I was put in charge of not only redesigning the appraisal system, but also re-evaluating the way we did appraisals.
Until I complete the coding for this page, I have temporarily created a slideshow to demo the use case.
