Part of our conversion to responsive mobile included meeting certain KPI expectations. One of our major KPIs for 2015 was to reduce the bounce rate on our Recipe Hub Pages by 8% through our redesign. For years our hub pages had a larger bounce rate than all our other primary monetization pages. It was time to find out why and solve the problem.

This is a deep dive case study into how I helped Allrecipes reach their KPI.
